Book and Workshop 2020 release...
Writing a book would have to be the hardest challenge next to motherhood. Knowing that to get to where I am today, and where I am going, required revisiting old wounds, facing the truth, exposing myself to judgement and vulnerability. The life we dream of means staying connected and being resilient.
To reclaim your life can mean a clean slate, out with the old, and in with the new (people and things). In the past I would allow family, and friends to take my power, but not anymore. I lived behind a facade for years, and now I’m coming out and reclaiming my identity. For me this means people see the real Karen, not the Karen trying to fit in no matter what the cost to her personally.
I wake-up everyday invigorated, with first thought being who can I serve today, and how will this make the world a better place.
Reclaim your life covers the good, the bad, and the ugly. Loaded with insight, pictures, inspiration and YES exercises. Daily mindset messages to help. Self help 101. I have read many self help books which turned my life around, so figured a good way to to pay it forward
Life is a journey, we never get to the end. However to thrive rather than just survive whilst on this physical plane has got to be more appealing. Love and inspiration always Karen. X
